Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of Trade Scouter (the "Service"), operated by [operator / entity name] ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Trade Scouter Is

Trade Scouter is a trading-assistant tool. It analyzes real market data, applies a fixed 2% maximum risk rule to position sizing, and helps you prepare and track trades. It is not a broker-dealer, not an investment adviser, and not a money transmitter. Trade Scouter does not hold or custody your funds or securities at any time — real orders are routed to a brokerage account you own and control directly, or prepared as a manual ticket for you to place yourself.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Signal scores and analysis are rule-based and shown with their underlying inputs; they are informational only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance — including any performance shown in the Service's Journal or statistics — does not guarantee future results. No feature of the Service guarantees a profit or a particular rate of return.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on trading securities or connecting third-party financial tools to your brokerage accounts.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. New accounts start in Practice mode, using simulated funds only; enabling Live trading with a real, linked brokerage account is a separate, explicit action you take.

5. Connecting a Brokerage Account

The Service can connect to third-party brokers (for example, via their official APIs or OAuth sign-in) at your direction. When you connect a broker, you authorize the Service to view account information and, where you enable it, place orders on your behalf through that broker's own systems. Trade Scouter never sees or stores your brokerage account password. You can disconnect a linked broker at any time. Your relationship with your broker, including its own terms of service, custody of your assets, and execution of your orders, is between you and that broker.

6. Identity Verification

Where identity verification (KYC) is required, for example before a real-money withdrawal, it is performed by a licensed third-party verification provider. The Service stores only a verification status and a reference identifier — never your raw identity documents, selfie, or government ID number.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED OR INTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SIGNAL, SCORE, OR ANALYSIS WILL BE ACCURATE OR PROFITABLE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [operator / entity name] WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH A CONNECTED BROKERAGE ACCOUNT.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any linked brokers at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms or for security reasons.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

13. Contact
